DO YOU OFFER TRAINING WITH A MACHINE PURCHASE?

Yes, training is a mandatory part of the purchase process with Virginia Longarm. For more info on training CLICK HERE

DO I HAVE TO COME TO VIRGINIA LONGARM FOR MY TRAINING?

There are currently 2 locations you can come for your introductory training including at our dealership facility in the Richmond Virginia Area

Training is available monthly at out dealership in the greater Richmond area along with Lewes, Delaware. We will soon offer our new owner training locations to better serve our customers.

DO YOU OFFER ONGOING TRAINING AFTER I HAVE RECEIVED MY MACHINE?

Yes, with a machine purchase you will received a complimentary 4 hour training class at Virginia Longarm. In addition, your lifetime membership in the Owners' Club gives you access to an ongoing training program. For more information CLICK HERE.

CAN OLDER GAMMILLS BE UPGRADED TO HAVE NEW EQUIPMENT?

Yes, about 95% of Gammill out there can be upgraded to have new equipment put on them.

DO YOU ACCEPT TRADE-INS?

Yes, we accept any Gammill system in on trade for any Gammill system. If you are interested in receiving a custom trade-in quote please CLICK HERE and be sure to include your date of purchase and serial number, and list of optional items.

DO YOU OFFER IN-HOME SERVICE FOR MY GAMMILL?

Yes, we offer in-home service. However, due to the nature of parts and their availability it is typically much cheaper for service work to be performed at a one of our service locations. This reduces the chance of us needing to make several trips to your home. To schedule service CLICK HERE to fill out a service request and you will be contacted. Many times, service can be handled over the phone at no charge.

As a club member, we always offer a 10 point check up at our quarterly owners club events at no charge. You simply bring your machine head and carriage and we will perform a 10 point check-up while you are attending the event.

CAN I WAIT AT SERVICE LOCATION WHILE MY MACHINE IS BEING SERVICED?

Yes, in most cases we can turn your service call around in less than 2 hours. Or, we can contact you when your machine is finished and you can come pick it up. To schedule service CLICK HERE

DO YOU SELL PREVIOUSLY OWNED MACHINES?
