Are you ready to experience the exhilarating feeling of quilting your own quilt on a longarm quilting machine? Quilting on a longarm Gammill Quilting System is easy once you have completed a QMR (quilting machine rental) Certification class.
This Class will prepare you to "Quilt It Yourself"
How do I Start?
Follow our easy 3 step "Quilt It Yourself" program and get certified. Once QMR Certified for operating one of our five Gammill Quilting Systems, you bring the quilts and hands and we will supply the machines and the guidance!
Step One: Get Certified

One hour of instruction on machine basics, operation, machine safety, set-up, and beginner quilting exercises.
Practice: Two hours to practice what you have learned with an instructor by your side to get started, answer questions, and provide morale support.
Your Kit: Your own personal set of zippers, safety pins, and a ripper. These items will get your quilt on the machine and the oops stitches out of your quilt.
Step Two: Scheduling Time
Now that you are certified, simply call and schedule time on one of our machines. We suggest no more than 3 hours when renting a hand guided Longarm and 5 hours when using the computer assisted Longarm.
Step Three: Start Quilting!
Your first project should be something that can later be handed down to the family pet. Your first time quilting should be about enjoying the process and not about creating a masterpiece. Save the masterpiece until the next time. Now take a deep breath, relax, enjoy, and start quilting for yourself.
QMR Certification Classes are limited to three participants and the fee is $125.00 per participant. (3 hours) If you have a larger group we will certainly try to accommodate you. Call for details.
